We're often on the hunt for savvy steals & splurges and stumbled on these gorgeous platform sandals from 7 For All Mankind.  Super versatile, with extra support in a sturdy, comfy jersey ankle wrap, we immediately tried to make space in our budget for these sweet kicks at $112.50 (originally $225).

But, wait just a minute, savvy sisters and put that credit card back in yer wallet.

We remembered some smart savvista at Daily Candy posted easy-peasy instructions for a DIY ankle wrap a few weeks back.  Check below for the instructions, but if you're fretting about a long winded project involving devices that plug into the wall, fret not.  All you need is about 3 feet of fabric and a pair of scissors and you're ready to roll in 5 minutes or less.
